- Liquid approved for the intended specification
- Bottle and closure approved
- Print files and proofs approved
- Barcode confirmed
- Case configuration and pallet pattern confirmed
- Coding and traceability approved
- Destination-market label requirements confirmed
- Bottler selected on capability, quality systems and total cost, not price alone
- Production schedule set working backwards from the required delivery date
